There have been several reports of this happening after you accept the User Agreement.

Other possible solutions according to EA HQ include: pressing alt+enter or setup the game to launch in window mode by editing the “ProfileOptions_profile” clean boot the OS, repair the game via the Origin sub-menu reinstall all Visual C++ and “Universal C Runtme” components install Windows 7 SP1 if you don’t have it as well as any other Windows Updates that you have missed. Don’t worry, your settings and games will be still here. If not, make sure to delete your current one and reinstall it fresh from the Origin website. If you cannot start the Star Wars Battlefront II Beta on PC, check if you are running the latest version of the Origin client.
